Delivered identity, infrastructure automation, GitHub migration, and CI/CD engagements for enterprise clients in aviation, finance, and healthcare, supported Kubernetes engagements, and spent the final year on AI enablement and practice development.

• Built reusable training material and reference solutions that became standards of practice for aviation and finance clients: Temporal implementation training in Go, Java, .NET, and TypeScript; Azure Bicep/Terraform client templates enabling day-one VPN and GitHub Actions pipeline configuration; and ETL reference solutions and templates used as starting points for client data integration work.
• Brought agent workflows (Claude Code and local, open-source models) into day-to-day development for code generation, review, and refactoring, and wrote internal AI enablement and practice-review material that was adopted for company-wide training.
• Led three enterprise GitHub migration engagements, the largest covering three organizations, 300+ repositories, and 500+ users. Equipped client teams to run their own migrations with scripts, reports, runbooks, and guides covering timelines, estimates, dry runs, and third-party integration requirements.
• Led a team of 4 to 6 engineers delivering authentication, identity, and infrastructure automation for enterprise clients, including client cloud migrations, custom Terraform providers, and Ping Identity workflows.
• Delivered onsite and remote training, documentation, and testing practices for client and internal teams of 4 to 10, upskilling the delivery team on Go, Terraform, Docker, Ping Identity, and AWS, and managed onboarding, offboarding, and skill tracking.
• Operated an enterprise authentication application delivered through GitLab CI, carrying on-call duties and off-hours production deployments, and built a Go test framework for it.

Global digital music distribution, marketing, and technology company, acquired by Universal Music Group in 2019. Owned the Kubernetes platform, CI/CD, and secrets infrastructure for 30 backend and frontend applications.

• Designed and ran a HashiCorp Vault deployment on a dedicated EKS cluster, consolidating 1,000+ secrets from legacy systems with templated Kubernetes and GitLab CI integrations. Added OIDC, JWT, and LDAP (Active Directory) auth methods so applications and developers no longer needed rotating keys, and worked with five development teams (20+ engineers) to integrate Vault into CI images, jobs, and Helm charts.
• Designed a secure EKS environment, including S3, RDS, and EFS access, that met financial-data handling standards with least-privilege access and audit logging.
• With Rancher 1 reaching end of life in June 2020, selected a hybrid AWS EKS/RKE platform through design and cost analyses of Azure, Google, Amazon, and self-hosted Kubernetes, built it for datacentre and cloud deployment over secure datacentre-to-cloud connectivity, and cut hosting costs by 50% through namespaced, higher-density environments.
• Built out the platform: EFS storage, Ambassador Gateway ingress, Splunk logging, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana monitoring and alerting, network policy, and secure deployments of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kafka. Automated setup with Terraform and Ansible, built hardened CentOS and Amazon Linux 2 images with Packer, including Active Directory integration and security updates, and administered an AWS-hosted GitLab.
• Migrated the build pipeline from TeamCity to GitLab CI with shared templates, splitting monolithic build environments into application-specific ones and raising build reliability above 99%, and ran three environments (CI, Development/QA, Production) deploying from code commit to release.
• Automated zero-downtime production updates with Kubernetes rolling updates and autoscaling, ending the deployment failures caused by Docker Swarm and Rancher 1, and built an AWS Lambda tool posting Slack notifications on infrastructure deployments and tagging-policy compliance.

Deterministic AI analytics platform answering natural-language questions against business data.

• Migrated the monolithic Google App Engine platform to microservices on GKE, from proof of concept through production, with a CircleCI and Helm pipeline and Dockerized Node, Python, and Java build environments.
• Set up Ambassador Gateway as the API gateway for the microservices, with Stackdriver and Slack alerting on builds, deployments, and application performance, and ran standups and weekly sprint planning as scrum master.
• Designed a QuickBooks Online data integration on Apache Camel, MongoDB, and Apache Drill, with a reusable framework for transforming third-party API data into internal schemas for AI processing.
• Built a Python/Flask backend API for natural-language queries over accounting data (API.ai, now Dialogflow).
